We are happy to announce that Rush Bowls, based in Boulder, Colorado, is firing up the blenders in LoHi, Denver. Andrew Pudalov, founder of Rush Bowls, is opening a second location at 1665 Central St. in LoHi! Pudalov has hired Narvaes Construction to do the work on the 600-square-foot location that will be opening this month.

“We feel that LoHi has immense growth. Its population is a great demographic for our type of product. We have young professionals who have really latched on that concept of grab and go.”

What makes Rush Bowls stand apart from a typical smoothie shop is that they add granola, honey, and other toppings to the smoothie bowl to give it a different and unique texture. The Rush Bowls consist of yogurt, fruit, and granola and sell around $8 per bowl. Pudalov, once working on the New York financial sector, moved to Boulder, Colorado with his family and opened up his new business venture in 2004 near the University of Colorado. After having years of success, Rush Bowls decided to start wholesaling frozen products in 2011 to big stores such as Wholefoods and Amazon.

If you are one who loves to grub on Rush Bowls or if you simply are interested in trying it, make sure to keep up to date with all the new stores that Pudalov is looking to open across Denver over the next few years!
