What You Will Need

6 oz. milk

4 oz. frozen strawberries

4 oz. frozen bananas

2 oz. natural or freshly ground peanut butter

2 oz. of frozen yogurt or Greek yogurt (optional)


2 oz. organic hemp granola, or whatever granola is available

1 oz. scoop of the fresh peanut putter

1 oz. scoop of all natural jam


Step 1: Use a Blender and blend everything together. Should be a thick consistency

Step 2: May need a spoon pour out of the blender (do not over blend)

Step 3: Pour into a bowl, top with toppings and enjoy!
