Tired of the unhealthy lifestyle in New York City, Andrew Pudalov left his position as Head of Derivative Trading for a major Wall Street bank and relocated to Boulder, Colorado on a mission to create a concept that serves healthy, wholesome and delicious products. After years of thorough research and product development, Rush Bowls was born!
Armed with a unique, healthy and extremely delicious product, Andrew went “all in” to test his concept by seeking out the most competitive real estate in Boulder, where only truly successful brands have survived. Andrew opened the first Rush Bowls on “The Hill” in near CU and immediately attracted hordes of raving fans.
On “The Hill” several national powerhouses opened shop, and failed due to the competitive demographic. Rush Bowls is one of the very few concepts to have continued to succeed and grow.
Andrew partnered with prolific restaurateur, Buddy Brown. Buddy has been recognized as the 24th largest franchise operator of any concept. The two recruited a seasoned executive team to rapidly accelerate the growth of the concept.
Following years of success in the college district, Rush Bowls opened a second location in the increasingly popular Highlands neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. After 10 years of concept development and because of high demand, Rush Bowls has opened franchise opportunities nationwide.
The initial reception by the market has been explosive, and Rush Bowls has awarded 26 franchise units (and growing!) this year alone.

In the winter of 2015, Andrew partnered with prolific restaurateur, Buddy Brown, one the nation’s most successful franchise operators.
